Job Description

The Vice President (Branch) is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic vision and planning of a branch. The Vice President assists with the day-to-day leadership and management, presenting the appropriate image to the public, and helping manage the short- and long-range goals of the branch. Vice Presidents oversee various branches with different structures, so specific duties may vary. They directly supervise branch management and assist with budgeting, fiscal management, and maintaining the financial health of the branch.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the branch's general operations.
  • Monitor performance against overarching goals and initiatives.
  • Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors at the branch level.
  • Assist in strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Proficiency in GAAP.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent business correspondence skills, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling.
    • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
    • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
    • Confidentiality and discretion.
    • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
    Requirements

    Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.

    Experience: 10+ years of related experience, including 7-10 years in management and community association sectors.

    Certifications: Industry-specific certifications and location-specific licenses.

    Travel: Limited travel may be required.

    Work Conditions: Typical office environment; overtime may be necessary.
