Branch Manager - United Community Financial Corporation : Job Details

Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch. Mentor and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and community outreach. Drive business development efforts to grow the branch's customer base. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all banking regulations. Requirements for Success:Minimum 3 years banking experience NMLS registration Consumer/ Residential lending experience Supervisory experience. Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services Background in financial operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations preferred Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc....Branch Manager, Manager, Operations, Training
