Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Stephenson, MI. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales and service goals. The role involves developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, resolving member inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for community engagement and business development activities.
