Lonestar Electric Supply and its subsidiaries are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee staff and daily operations at their assigned branch, ensuring quality customer service and meeting sales or productivity goals. The role also involves promoting our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Responsibilities
  • Hire and train qualified candidates for all roles.
  • Oversee daily workflow of the branch.
  • Recommend promotions and salary adjustments as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other sales managers and Presidents to set sales and retail goals.
  • Work with the President to establish performance standards based on financial, operational, and compliance goals.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide leadership.
  • Identify training needs and develop plans to meet them.
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Participate in community activities to promote the organization.
  • Collaborate on advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Assist in start-up and growth of new branches as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Associate's degree and relevant industry experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or similar setting.
  • Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP preferred.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Remaining stationary for about 50% of the time.
  • Operating computers and office machinery.
  • Navigating various organizational departments.
