Brake Press Operator – 1st & 3rd ShiftJoin a growing team where precision, pride, and performance come together. We're currently hiring two Brake Press Operators—one for 1st shift and one for 3rd shift—at our Fall River, WI facilities.Shift Schedules:

• 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM(Training will begin on 1st shift for 2–3 weeks before moving to 3rd shift)

Pay:

• Pay range aligned with industry standards and experience.

About the Role:As a Brake Press Operator, you'll operate CNC-controlled Brake Presses to fabricate high-quality parts to spec. You'll work with a team that values skill, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and setup specifications
• Select proper punch and die tooling
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC Brake Press equipment for both production and prototype runs
• Write setup sheets and understand basic programming functions
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 3rd Shift: Must have 3–5 years of Brake Press Operator experience
• 1st Shift: Willing to train the right candidate with some mechanical aptitude or related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 80 lbs occasionally, and work safely around machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
