Regal Staffing Services is actively hiring a Brake Press Operations Lead to take charge of day-to-day operations at a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting facility in Royse City, TX. If you have experience with brake press machinery and leadership skills — we need you now!Shift & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
• Pay: $19–$21/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise brake press operators.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure production deadlines are met.
• Set up and program brake press machines.
• Verify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and angle finders.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Communicate production status across shifts.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of brake press setup and operation experience, including team leadership.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and precision measuring tools.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED (technical certifications a plus)
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
