Brake Press - 1st Shift kzzEssential Job Functions:Responsible for operation of Brake Press for a variety of unusual Brake Press operationsMay also set-up and operate Punch PressWork from fairly complicated drawings, layouts, sketches, and templates to meet close tolerance and print specifications.Plan sequence of operations and select dies when not specified (as required)Make machine adjustmentsMust use drawing software to locate dimensioningResponsible for initial quality checksResponsible for maintaining the quality and production standardsPerform routine maintenance on the brake press (as required)Fill out all paperwork as requiredFollow all company policies and procedures as applicable to positionFollow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures (5S)Understand and follow health, safety, security, quality, and environmental practices as required for IATF, 19649/ISO 9001:2015Non-essential Job Functions:Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as requested by the Production Supervisor or other member of managementQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
