Posting Details Position Information Job Title BP Restore Grant Coordinator Job Description Incumbent reports directly to the Associate Vice President for Teaching & Learning of MGCCC and is responsible for coordinating all aspects of select BP Restore grants and special projects to ensure the proper administration and distribution of funds and timely and accurate reporting. The Coordinator of BP Restore Grants & Special Projects will work closely with college leadership, faculty, staff, other stakeholders, and state and federal agencies to ensure the efficient and effective management of grant programs. This position is grant funded. Job Duties 1. Coordinate all aspects of BP Restore grants, including programmatic reporting, scholarship management, procurement, programmatic management, and compliance monitoring. 2. Collaborate financial reporting with the Coordinator of External Funding. 3. Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines and regulations. 4. Collaborate with college leadership to develop and implement grant-related policies and procedures. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for state and federal agencies regarding grant administration and compliance. 6. Maintain accurate and complete records of grant activity, contracts, reimbursement copies, compliance documentation, and student data for accountability reports. 7. Conduct periodic reviews of grant programs to ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met and identify areas for improvement. 8. Research and ensure the college adheres to all federal and state statutes, regulations, and guidelines. 9. Work with the MGCCC Institutional Relations division and campus staff and administrators to develop marketing and recruitment materials related to select BP Restore Grants. 10. Work with the MGCCC Institutional Research and Effectiveness division to coordinate and implement data management plan as per specified in grant application. 11. Be knowledgeable about college's programs and services to students and industry. 12. Abide by all confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. 13. Ensure excellence and high professional standards in all work performed. 14. Attend relevant meetings and participate in college activities. 15. Represent MGCCC at conferences, seminars, and meetings as appropriate. 16. Adhere to all MGCCC policies and procedures. 17. Work flexible hours as needed. 18. Complete reports and special assignments in a timely manner. 19. Other duties as assigned. Mandatory Qualifications(M1) Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field. (M2) At least two years of experience in grant administration, project management, or related field. (M3) Superior written and interpersonal communication skills. (M4) Proficient computing skills in a networked environment, familiarity with basic Internet and e-mail skills, and functional knowledge of applications in the Microsoft Office Suite. (M5) Budgeting experience. (M6) Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. (M7) Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Desirable Qualifications(D1) Experience at a community college. (D2) Experience with data analysis. (D3) Knowledge of federal and state grant regulations and guidelines. (D4)Experience with Banner.
