The Boyne City Housing Commission, located in a progressive, stable, award-winning Northwestern Michigan waterfront community of 3,735 residents (with large seasonal increases), is seeking a qualified, outgoing individual to administer all day-to-day operations of Public Housing, Section 8, and the Low-income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong financial, budgeting, grant management, personnel, and creative problem-solving skills, along with public relations, communication, organizational, and supervisory abilities.
This position is available due to the amicable departure of a current employee after over 8 years of successful service. We offer a comprehensive wage (dependent on qualifications) and benefits package.
