How You Will Make Contributions That Matter : Ensure box formers are filled to ensure continuous production. Ensure box formers are filled with the correct boxes for the product being run. Verify box codes for accuracy. Conducts change-overs when switching to another product. Troubleshoot box jam ups or box gluer issues. Operate forklift to get pallets of boxes to be used in production runs. Keep supervisor informed regarding actual versus planned production and nature of production disrupting problems and reasons for equipment downtime.
