Student Worker in Reynolds Performance Hall Box Office and Windgate Center Box Office Job Duties and Responsibilities - Assist patrons with ticket purchases for all events supported by UCA Public Appearances - Advocate for all Public Appearances events and ticketed events supported by UCA Public Appearances - Work with patrons and UCA PA staff to handle customer service related issues - Accurately record and report ticket sales - Other duties as assigned University, Campus, and Community Description Thank you for your interest in employment at the University of Central Arkansas.
