Job Description :
The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and he management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers. This role pays an annual salary of $45,000-$55,000 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until October 10, 2025.
