Job Title: Box Office Clerk Pay: $22.00 an hour Show Dates:

• Feb 22nd, 2025 - April 27, 2025

• Sell tickets at a will call window using Cirque du Soleil's ticketing system
• Assist guests and answer questions with confidence and efficiency
• Manage the will call and reprints, assist guests with purchase decisions
• Resolve guest conflicts with guidance from supervisor
• Maintain knowledge of products available to guests, understand and relate purchasing policies to guests
• Collect complete and accurate data from guests
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions
• Understand and resolve guests' requests and/or complaints in a timely, courteous, and informed manner
• Contribute to the box office environment that is conducive to customer service, sales promotion, safety, and quality of work life
• Assist at the concessions bars to serve F&B products during intermission
• Keep the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins
• Performs other duties, as required

• Learn a ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information
• Be comfortable working in loud environment with computer systems
• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black pants and shoes (no logos) with Cirquador shirt.
• Be physically able to stand for long hours and travel up-and-down stairs frequently
• Understand customer service and hospitality, and have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
• Work well with others and pay attention to the details, also working fast and efficiently under pressure
• Know when to get the help of a supervisor
• Availability for the entire run in the city
• Speak English - other languages are an asset
• Preferably able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness for Temporary Indoor / Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel (F-04) - Preferred.

• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
• May also lift up to 50lbs.
