Bowling Lead - Black Oak Casino Resort : Job Details

Responsible for assisting Bowling Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of Black Oak Lanes. Assists in the coordination of Bowling League activities and ensures that all Bowling Leagues and Guests are always provided with the highest guest service Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including but not limited to) Assists in the supervision of non-exempt Team Members on assigned shifts. Assists Black Oak Lanes in the running of any house or outside tournaments Assists in the training of Bowling Attendants Supports Bowling Team Members with assigned duties Promotes special bowling activities and event. Stays current on all operational procedures for Control Desk and performs them when necessary Assists with creating, maintaining, and growing league participation. Assists with creating, promoting, and ensuring successful participation in special events. Actively works the floor to recruit new league bowlers, and to promote party bookings and events.
