By keeping our books up to date, catching and correcting errors, and paying close attention to what the numbers are telling us, this role enables the organization to make accurate and timely decisions.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible._The ideal candidate will have a history of 5+ years of professional experience excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action._To apply, visit 154 Harvey Road, Londonderry NH 03053*Description of Duties: ** Exemplify our Core Values.* Demonstrate exceptional soft skills.* Capture action items and notes during meetings.* Engage in a Learning Pathway each week to reinforce and expand your knowledge.* Other duties as assigned.* Keeping all accounts current, including inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, reconciling bank accounts, reconciling credit cards, entering expenses, and all other actions related to entering and reconciling financial transactions.* Creating purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconciling vendor accounts.* Creating estimates, invoices, credit memos, and reconciling customers accounts.* Calculating, reporting, and remitting sales taxes* Calculating, reporting, and remitting royalties.* Prepare and send year-end tax documents to vendors and tax accountants.* Performing general accrual accounting tasks* Monitor company budgets and cash flow* Generate reports as assigned.* Perform journal entries as needed and respond to requests for information from our external accounting firm to finish our quarterly and yearly tax filing.This is a full-time, five-day-a-week, hourly position, located in New Hampshire.
