Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expert care, ensuring every home is meticulously maintained and every homeowner experiences complete peace of mind.*Position Overview*One Pointe is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized *Bookkeeper* to manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. The role is responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, maintaining financial records, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.*Key Responsibilities**- Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping** Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.* Accurately record financial data in internal accounting systems.* Maintain digital and physical financial records for easy access and compliance.*- Payroll & Expense Management** Process payroll using ADP and ensure timely employee compensation.* Update and maintain expense reports and reimbursement forms.* Monitor financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies.*- Audits & Reporting** Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for leadership.* Participate in quarterly and annual financial audits.* Verify the accuracy of financial data, spreadsheets, and reports.*- Vendor & Compliance Oversight** Manage and maintain insurance policies, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.* Manage and update the Vendor Certificate of Insurance (COI) process to ensure compliance.* Maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and clear records.*Qualifications & Skills** Bachelor's degree in *Accounting, Finance, or a related field* (preferred).* 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.* Proficiency in *QuickBooks Online, ADP Payroll, and Microsoft Office Suite*.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.*Why Join One Pointe?** Work with a *trusted leader* in New Seabury property management.* Be part of a *dedicated team *that values precision and excellence.* Opportunity for *growth and professional development *in a dynamic environment.*Position Details*Schedule*:* Onsite, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM._Note: Potential for hybrid remote work based on demonstrated responsibilities and business needs._Location: New Seabury, Mashpee, MassachusettsJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourWork Location: In person
