Accounting Manager
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to oversee financial operations and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and practices within a US environment, and will be responsible for managing various financial processes, including payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping in Priority ERP, including financial and operational modules.
- Record supplier invoices and issue customer invoices.
- Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations.
- Drive collections efforts and resolve billing inquiries.
- Coordinate monthly payroll submissions and payments.
- Liaise with external accountant and auditor for tax filings and statutory reporting.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods; manage inventory receipts.
- Assist in shipping, packing, and basic logistics tasks.
- Manage general office administration, including supplies, vendor relationships, and site upkeep.
- Provide ad hoc financial and operational support to Site Manager and corporate teams.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience in a US environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; Priority ERP experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a small-team setting.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable on calls with international stakeholders.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
