  • Immediate opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper at a medium-sized personal injury law firm. Candidates should have prior experience working in law firms or with an escrow account. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience working with QuickBooks.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing all AP/AR functions for the firm.
  • Depositing and issuing checks from both escrow and operating accounts daily.
  • Paying costs for client files.
  • Managing bills for the firm, keeping track of the firm's outstanding bills.
  • Developing weekly cash flow and financial statements.
  • Completing reconciliations monthly for all bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Preparing 1099's and tax reports for CPA as requested.
