Our client located in Arlington Height is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.
The position will work very closely with the Accounting Manager and handle multiple sets of books.
Process a high volume of accounts payable and credit card charges in QuickBooks Processing and paying invoices in a timely manner Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations Reconcile health insurance bills Process and record remote deposits Process patient credit card payments Business license renewals Perform data entry with high level of accuracy Display strong verbal and written communication skills Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting files Scan, file, store, and manage records of information Serve as backup for payroll and human resources Various other projects as assigned by manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
