Job Title: Bookkeeper

Our client, an international recruiting firm specializing in Executive Search, is seeking a Bookkeeper. This position is fully remote and offers an excellent benefits package, including 100% employer-covered health insurance, 401k, and generous PTO.

Job Details
  • Manage reconciliations for bank and general ledgers
  • Process employee reimbursements
  • Oversee client invoicing
  • Maintain accounts receivable monthly aging reports
  • Handle special projects as assigned
  • Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience

  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required; Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar major preferred
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks is required
