Bookkeeper With Hr Abilities Our Bookkeeper is retiring this June and were hoping to have this position filled by mid-May in order to have an overlapping training period. We are a progressive non-profit agency in Auburn providing support services to adults with developmental disabilities. This is a full-time bookkeeping position, including payroll processing using ADP, accounts payable, invoicing, various reconciliations, as well as human resources and other administrative tasks.

• Someone with a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, who can step in and come up to speed quickly
• A trustworthy employee with the highest of integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• At least four years accounting/bookkeeping/office experience desired; education may substitute for some experience; QuickBooks and ADP WorkforceNow experience highly desirable, as well as Human Resource experience
• Must be proficient and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook and the ability to type 40 wpm
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as per the WA State Dept. of Health
• High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to details
• Must have great verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass a criminal background check, however not all crimes are disqualifying
