About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and support strategic decision-making processes. This position involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and assisting with project capitalization efforts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze acquisition opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to project fundraising activities and financial planning.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with project debt administration.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Prepare and manage quarterly and year-end tax documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
