About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. This position involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and assisting with project capitalization efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze acquisition opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Contribute to project fundraising activities and financial planning.
- Manage and maintain compliance with project debt administration.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Prepare and manage quarterly and year-end tax documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Master's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
