Bookkeeper - South Dakota Staffing : Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a variety of accounting and payroll engagements, as well as providing administrative assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter client accounting data accurately and efficiently
• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable functions
• Prepare and file sales tax reports
• Process payroll for clients
• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
