Bookkeeper - AtWork! : Job Details

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a company specialized in energy efficiency solutions, based in Miami. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. This role reports to the Controller and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and post financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments)
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements
• Generate invoices, receipts, and financial reports
• Prepare journal entries and assist with budgeting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal procedures
• Support with general clerical and office duties

Requirements:

• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Manager Plus or Workplace is a plus
