Job Title: Bookkeeper Location: Westchester County (FT On Site)Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and oversee accurate financial records of company transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage client and vendor invoicing, ensuring timely payments while addressing and resolving any discrepancies as we expand operations.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and credibility in reporting.
  • Support payroll operations, including calculating employee hours, managing payroll schedules, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Track company expenses, flag variances, and work collaboratively with the leadership team on cost efficiency initiatives in line with growth goals.
  • Collaborate with acquisition teams to integrate new entities into financial processes and accurately track costs associated with growth.
  • Deliver timely and actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management that provide insights critical to strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement improvements in day-to-day accounting operations to meet the demands of a fast-growing and acquisition-focused business environment.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations in a multi-entity structure while supporting audit-related processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, and CRM systems are highly preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
