What You'll Do:

• Process accounts receivable and maintain A/R aging reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Input financial transactions into accounting software
• Manage cash applications and assist with collections
• Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of professional accounting experience (required)
• Experience with Sage or other ERP systems (required)
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with A/R, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer service mentality and excellent communication skills
