Bookkeeper - YCS : Job Details

Currently seeking a Bookkeeper to assist the accounting department in creating timely and accurate financial statements, reconciliation, billing and special financial projects. Duties include but not limited to:

• Record daily financial transactions in journals
• Post transactions to accounts, including debits and credits
• Compare a company's records to its bank statements to ensure balances match
• Create financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements
• Create invoices and receipts for customers
• Process payroll for the company's employees
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor transactions and identify any irregularities
• Follow up on any unusual items.
• Support the successful completion of the year end audit in a timely, efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to, preparing schedules/analysis for assigned accounts, preparing confirmations, making copies, and any other level of support requested

Requirements:

• High school diploma: Associate degree in accounting or business preferred
• 2 years' related experience
• Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
