A top Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Bookkeeper with IOLA experience.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Accounting Manager, this position holds responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, administrative duties, and office facilities management. The Bookkeeper and Office Administrator possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles and software applications. The role is essential for the company's daily operations, including filing, data management, document preparation, and handling various tasks.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or relevant field, and/or at least 2 years of experience in a law or professional services firm. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software, and ability to manipulate data in Excel. Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, strong accounting skills, and confidentiality are essential. Must manage priorities and multitask effectively.
