Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper and Financial Manager at COUZENS, DOMINGOS, ALLEN & ASSOCIATES - Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., located in Tolland, CT. The Bookkeeper and Financial Manager will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping, and journal entries, as well as utilizing accounting software. Daily tasks will involve maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
• Proficiency in processing Payroll
• Experience with Accounting Software
• Competence in Finance and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
