Bookeeper
1-2 years experience in a business environment in a Accounting Department.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Able to speak English. Preferred College Associates or Bachelors degree, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, including debits and credits.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
