Imron EliteSelects and mixes as per paint samples to produce desired color for matching.Inspects own work performed for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags and unpainted areas.Keeps work area clean.Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management.Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.Other tasks as assigned.Requirements:Upholds company standards of quality and safety5 years of shop experienceExperience using solvent-based PolyurethaneSolid Problem Solving AbilitiesMust have valid driver's licenseMust be able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouchAbility to work and communicate with the teamMust be dependable Willingness to learnSuccessful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screeningBergey's is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
