Pacific BMW is looking to hire a Client Care Representative to provide a welcoming atmosphere and assist our clientele at the Collision Center. This position reports to Andrew Batenhorst, Body Shop Manager. The department hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a full-time, 40-hour position paid hourly. Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of service advisor experience from a luxury brand required and/or customer-facing body shop experience
- Insurance adjuster experience is preferred
- Passion for customer service, being able to show empathy in difficult situations
- Enjoy assisting others, building rapport, and engaging in conversation
- Experience as a phone operator or receptionist is required
- Ability to type 40 wpm, handle dual screen monitor and multi-line phone system
- Proficient in computer literacy, more specifically in Microsoft 365
- Higher education is preferred
- Armenian speaker is preferred
- Current Driver's License with a clean driving record is a must
Physical Requirements:
- Surroundings: indoors in air-conditioned areas and inside the Collision Center where there is exposure to loud noises, car fumes and the weather
- Regularly: Sitting, standing, walking grasping, grabbing with hands, typing
- Occassionally: bending, twisting, and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching and lifting overhead, pushing and pulling
Duties include:
- Assist all clients, vendors, and fellow employees in a courteous, professional and helpful manner
- Act as a point of contact for all collision center customers
- Check-in vehicles, review forms, set expectations for repair quality and time frames
- Confirm coverage/liability statuses with insurance companies
- Update clients on their vehicle's repair status, repair progress and delays
- Perform a premium vehicle delivery upon completion of repairs/review work performed
- Write basic cosmetic damage estimates for customers (up to $5,000)
- Confirm payments are in order for reach repair
- Work with Courtesy Vehicle Department to ensure loaner cars are swapped in a timely fashion
- Exceed customer expectations by being proactive and addressing their needs
- Assist the Body Shop with general office duties
