Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Monitor and update programs based on progress and evolving needs
• Supervise, support, and train clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide updates and communicate with funding sources as needed
• Maintain a balance of direct billable hours and supervisory tasks

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification OR Master's degree with completed ABA coursework
• Experience with ABA techniques and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle management responsibilities when needed
• Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus and may qualify for increased pay
