Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Monitor and update programs based on progress and evolving needs
- Supervise, support, and train clinical team members
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide updates and communicate with funding sources as needed
- Maintain a balance of direct billable hours and supervisory tasks
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification OR Master's degree with completed ABA coursework
- Experience with ABA techniques and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle management responsibilities when needed
- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus and may qualify for increased pay
