Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ProRank : Job Details

ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are helping a client to find dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join their clinical teams in Altoona and Waukee, Iowa.

In this role, you will provide behavior analytic services and support to individuals and families through assessments, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programming. You will also offer supervision and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support effective, person-centered outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Licensure or certification on active status (as required by state)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in behavior analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
