Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – IBHS Program

Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. In this role, the BCBA will serve as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), providing clinical leadership and behavior analytic services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related behavioral health needs.

This is a field-based position, delivering services across home, school, and community environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to collaboration, clinical excellence, and outcomes-driven care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) in the implementation of interventions
  • Collaborate effectively with families, school personnel, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure all services comply with IBHS guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania or license-eligible
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents
  • Valid Pennsylvania clearances: Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI Fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within IBHS or BHRS frameworks
  • Familiarity with Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and other ABA methodologies
  • Strong skills in clinical supervision, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
