Who We're Looking For:

✔ BCBA certified + Licensed Behavior Analyst in Utah

✔ Skilled in early intervention, verbal behavior, and functional assessments

✔ Comfortable leading RBTs and coaching caregivers

✔ Confident with tools like the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and electronic data systems

✔ Passionate about inclusion, teamwork, and kid-first thinking

✔ Hungry to grow, give, and have real impact

Your Day Might Include:

• Designing behavior plans within the context of play-based classrooms

• Debriefing with other BCBAs (yes, they're in the building!)

• Brainstorming with a teacher about how to support a child's social success
