Our agency is currently partnering with a mission-driven autism services provider that is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their clinical team in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. About the Role
This center-based BCBA position offers a manageable caseload of approximately 6–8 clients, allowing for high-quality clinical oversight, direct caregiver collaboration, and active involvement in treatment planning. The BCBA will lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensure clinical integrity, and help shape a culture of excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients, 25-30 billable hours/week, ensuring individualized, ethical, and effective treatment
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Oversee program implementation and provide ongoing supervision to RBTs
- Conduct regular caregiver training sessions (minimum one per client/month)
- Monitor and document client progress using data-driven methods
- Participate in clinical quality assurance and team collaboration
- Support initial assessments and student supervision as needed
Candidate Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification, licensed in NC.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience in early intervention, behavior reduction, or naturalistic teaching approaches
- Proficiency or familiarity with CentralReach, Mac OS, and Tableau a plus
- Ability to maintain professional licensure and ethical standards in clinical practice
