About the Role: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical leadership role in delivering individualized, evidence-based care to children with autism. You'll design and oversee high-quality behavioral programming, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to create meaningful progress. Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Develop and oversee customized treatment plans using data-driven, evidence-based practices.
- Team Supervision: Coach, mentor, and support assigned RBTs in delivering effective therapy aligned with client goals.
- Program Implementation: Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA, FA), write functional treatment goals, and ensure effective program delivery.
- Parent & Family Collaboration: Lead parent training sessions and maintain open, compassionate communication with caregivers.
- Treatment Integrity: Ensure fidelity and consistency of programming through regular observations, feedback, and quality checks.
- Internal Development: Contribute to internal staff training and professional development efforts.
