Board Certified Behavior Analyst - RGBSI : Job Details

Job Opening: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing individualized ABA-based treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing training/support to clients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and train behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Analyze data to track client progress
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Master's in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• 2+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Experience in parent training and billing codes
• Must be certified in Michigan or willing to get certified
• Experience with ReThink software is a plus
