Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Oklahoma. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional ABA services and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote meaningful progress.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – required
  • Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification – required
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services
