Success On The Spectrum- Desoto is an individually owned ABA clinic with a trauma informed and play-based model emphasizing on NET We take clients on field trips once per month!

We offer ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our nautical centers, in-home, and in-school. We also encourage parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child's therapy live from our viewing room!

We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time onsite or hybrid employment. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills .

We value work/life balance. BCBAs generally work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and rarely take work home.

SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the daily client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.

SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements. All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week. We do not require training payback agreements.

Job Description:

• Hybrid or In Person
• Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
• Create Individualized, research-based client programs
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
• Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
• Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and occasionally in-home
• Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
• Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
• Safety Management

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BACB Certification
• BLS / CPR certification
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
