About the Company

Brightview Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team providing in-home ABA therapy. At Brightview, we are committed to empowering children and supporting families through personalized, evidence-based care that makes a real difference.

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services provided in home-based settings. You will also support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • $85,000 – $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Flexible schedule with remote administrative work

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress
  • Develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs
  • Analyze data and implement treatment modifications as needed
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency
  • Ensure treatment is compliant with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelines

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
  • Ability to supervise and support clinical staff effectively
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients' homes

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g., CentralReach)
  • Bilingual abilities
