Carolina Behavioral Innovations is a locally owned company providing clinic-based and community-based ABA services across South Carolina. Founded in 2017 with a personal mission rooted in autism care, we proudly support children and families through in-home, school, daycare, and clinic-based therapy.

We are looking for dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, FBA, SRS, AFLS, etc.)
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Analyze client data and make data-driven adjustments
• Supervise behavior assistants and manage a diverse caseload
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate across school, clinic, daycare, and home environments

What You'll Need:

• BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
• Graduate degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays
