• Upsell maintenance and repair services in line with manufacturer recommendations.

• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and new clients, ensuring complete satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (BMW or luxury brand preferred).

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• A team player with a professional demeanor and passion for customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
