BMW Product Specialist

Pay will be offered at range of $21-$23 hourly depending on experience. Will include opportunity for bonuses based on performance.

Schedule will be 4 shifts a week at 10 hours each. Will include some weekends. • Support sales representatives before, during and after the sale with focus on the customer product experience.
• Demonstrate key technologies and explain benefits to customers.
• Troubleshoot any customer needs or concerns with tech support.
• Assist in test-drives to explain technologies and features of vehicle to customer.
• Use technologies with demonstration of software, including video product presenter to showcase vehicle configuration in photo-realistic fashion.
• Go under intensive training to ensure up to date knowledge of BMW products and features.

Requirements For Consideration

• Valid driver's license in good standing is required
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is required
• Drive for a career in automotive and sales
• Previous dealership or BMW brand experience is preferred
• Ability to commute to downtown Seattle with ease (near Lumen Field)
• Must have a passion for technology and able to navigate new systems easily
