What You'll Do

As a Bloom Growth Coach, you'll lead sessions, facilitate strategic alignment, and deliver coaching to CEOs and leadership teams. You'll help them:

• Tackle growth and scaling challenges

• Clarify strategy and organizational vision

• Create strong accountability and performance systems

• Build healthier, more aligned executive teams

• Implement practical tools that drive measurable results

You'll operate as an independent business owner—with full autonomy and the backing of world-class infrastructure.

What to Expect

• It's Your Business: You build your coaching practice with our system, support, and tools to grow it. Many coaches earn $300K - $500K+ annually with about 12 clients and a minimum of 20 hours per week. It's important to note that this is not a W2 position. Your income will come from your own effort at building your coaching business charging your clients your fee of which we do not take a percentage. Realizing that this is a nontraditional working condition we want to be clear on that.

Who We're Looking For

You're a strong fit if you have:

• 10+ years of executive or entrepreneurial leadership experience

• A track record of founding or scaling a company (e.g., $1M+ in revenue or 10+ employees)

• Experience growing teams and organizations (e.g., from $10M to $50M or 40 to 300+ employees)

• Familiarity with growth frameworks like EOS®, Scaling Up®, or Pinnacle

• A strong network of entrepreneurs and founders (ideally 50+ with $5M+ in revenue)

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in Entrepreneurship.

At least 10 years of experience in Business Development?

Must have founded and/or scaled a business past 1 million in revenue.

Familiar with growth frameworks like EOS®, Scaling Up®, or Pinnacle.

Comfortable with a modest upfront investment for onboarding into the coaching community, to access tools, and support resources designed to help you succeed.
