**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Waiting on residents in a counter top setting. Prepare and serve salads, hot and cold sandwiches, serve pizza and soup all in a quick serve Bistro setting/

* Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods to our standardized recipes;

* Opening stocking and prepping tasks in addition to cleaning and closing responsibilities.

* Keeping Bistro area including prep and sitting area throughout shift

**Qualifications:**

* Must be 18 or older

* Must have current food handlers certificate or willing to obtain one with in 2 weeks of hire

* Previous counter service/sandwich making experience preferred

* Strong communication skills

* **Must be able to work weekends**
