Position:

We are seeking a BIM/Design Manager to join our Transportation and Infrastructure team. If you are passionate about designing mega-scale infrastructure projects and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage BIM processes and standards across all projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve design clashes.
• Support project teams in implementing BIM technology and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Train and mentor staff on BIM tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination and design management.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and/or other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of design documentation and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with BIM standards.
• Familiarity with Asset Management and integration with BIM.
• Direct experience with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ).
