BIM Coordinator - TYG : Job Details

About the company:

One of our clients is looking for a BIM Coordinator with 5 years professional experience in Kansas City! After building half a century of expertise and growing to almost 1k engineers and designers, they are looking for a professional who can confidently design a range of building projects, mainly within the commercial, sports, government, and healthcare sectors.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee coordination of BIM models for MEP + related disciplines; perform clash detection, manage model federations, and ensure constructability
• Enforce BIM Execution Plans and office standards; maintain version control, document compliance, and quality checks across deliverables
• Coordinate with design, engineering, construction, and vendor teams to align technical requirements and respond to RFIs / field changes
• Maintain and enhance BIM content libraries, templates, and workflows; provide training and support to project users

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degreein a related field
• At least 5+ years professional experience is essential
• Background in varied building projects, preferably in at least two of either healthcare, commercial, sports facilities, mission critical, education, or government sectors

Predicted Salary:

$60,000 - $100,000 (dependent upon experience, range can be negotiated)
