Billing Specialist for Well Established Engineering firm

About our client:

• CFS of New York is working with a prominent and established Engineering firm in located in Midtown Manhattan.
• They're looking for a strong Billing specialist to join the team.
• The company boasts a collegial atmosphere with a collaborative team environment. Office space is very open, rec room, gym, snack rooms, etc. on site!
• Company is big on team building as many off their employees have been there long term.

Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:

• Invoice processing for approximately 500 invoices per month
• Track and follow up on open balances
• Track projects through to completion
• Collections for past due accounts
• New Vendor set up
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the Billing Manager

What you bring:

• 2+ years experience of relevant experience, open to industry
  • Experience with a billing system or tech savvy is a big plus
• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
